Introduction: This course meets state requirements and includes classroom instruction and actual range time on a HIS USANA pistol range to ensure students retain safety fundamentals. The course is instructed by a NRA certified instructor.
Aim: Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an NRA certificate to submit to your local Law-Enforcement office or other licensing authority as the first step in obtaining your concealed weapons permit.
Topics: Class will start at 8:00 a.m.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Weapons safety
- Fundamentals of marksmanship
- State (NRA) Concealed Carry Law
Prerequisite: No criminal Record
Number of Attendees: 15
Duration: 1 day
Ammunition: 100 rounds of pistol ammunition.
Gear List: Pistol, holster, wraparound eye protection, ear protection, rain jacket, clothing appropriate for climate and conditions and a water bottle or other hydration system.
