The MATOA is a 501(c)3, non-profit association which has been established to advance the education, professionalism, and safety of all Mid-Atlantic law enforcement officers from member police departments. This association strives to promote the exchange of ideas, sharing of information relating to tactics, techniques and officer safety survival skills.

The Community Anti-Terrorism Training Institute (CAT Eyes) is a privately owned company based in Hightstown, New Jersey which specializes in educating people in terrorism identification and reporting. We offer courses designed for the private and public sectors. Our expert consultants work with various companies to conduct vulnerability assessments and develop Security Emergency Plans customized for the agency and threat. CAT Eyes has been involved in local and National Level Exercises and can design exercises in compliance with DHS requirements and tailored to the client’s needs. Some of the more prestigious clients are White House Employees, New York Stock Exchange, American Water, Trailways Bus and Coach USA Bus Company. CAT-Eyes’ instructors have trained tens of thousands of Americans nation-wide in terrorist detection. CAT Eyes has letters of endorsement from the US Congress and the Arab-American Institute, their company’s motto is to: "Protect America with Pride, not Prejudice"
